The Nike Zoom LeBron 6 “Chalk” Edition is dropping today, January 2nd. The shoe is supposedly inspired by LBJ’s tradition of throwing chalk up in the air before each game, as well as the commercials also dubbed “Chalk.” I’m really not sure how the above looks anything like chalk but hey, that’s why I don’t work for Nike. Anyway, the shoe is in limited release today so if you want a pair, you’d best get to Foot Locker this weekend and hope you live near one of the few stores getting it. Add one more launch to the roster for this weekend, joining equally outstanding drops?like the first two Air Jordan XX9’s and the Air Jordan 14 Ferrari. The Nike LeBron 11 Low Biscayne release date is set for tomorrow, September 6, at retailers nationwide. One last homage to Miami on LeBron’s way out of town, the shoe pairs deep green Hyperfuse and mesh with a mint midsole and heel, the latter boasting coordinated speckling. Stepping outside that complementary styling, deep orange sharply contrasts on the Flywire, tongue-tab, outsole and full-length Max Air bag. From the contrast to the brighter colors and the LeBron 11 Low’s design in general, this may just be the perfect shoe to transition you from summer to autumn.Grab a pair tomorrow at Nike Basketball accounts, including online retailers beginning at 10am EDT.?Here’s the Footlocker.com purchase link.Nike LeBron 11 LowMystic Green/White-Medium Mint-Hyper CrimsonStyle #: 642849-3136 September 2014$170

Two-time NBA champion. Pitchman for world’s most popular signature shoe. Soda tycoon.Indeed, LeBron James, already an endorser for Sprite, is adding another entry to his already-robust résumé, as the Coca-Cola-owned beverage giant recently announced the Sprite 6Mix by LeBron James. The special edition pop flavor — or offshoot series, really — was co-developed by the King himself to replicate the way he likes to drink the world famous lemon-lime soda: with a twist of cherry and orange flavors.LeBron’s Sprite 6Mix is available for a limited time, in 19.2-ounce cans and 20-ounce bottles, so put down the Surge and go stock up. Goes great with Combos and 3D Doritos, I imagine.Previous story Nike Lunar 180 Trainer SC Cool Grey/Atomic OrangeNext story Nike Air Foamposite Pro YEEZY Release DateRelated PostsThe Year in Nike Films | 10 Best Swoosh AdsDecember 30, 2014Watch: LeBron James Talks Signature ShoesDecember 2, 2014Watch: LeBron James ‘Together’ Ad Celebrates Cleveland UnityOctober 30, 2014Watch: Sprite Imagines “LeBron James’ First Home Game”October 28, 2014FacebookSearch NikeBlog.comRecent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!Recent PostsNew Nike Football Cleat Types Bring Speed to Every PositionNike LeBron 12 “Akron” PE is StunningNike Free Flyknit Hot Lava | Latest Flyknit Model Finally DropsThe Statuesque Air Jordan 9 “Militia Green”Nike Air Max NM Red/Black | Hideo’s Heat Returns!MIssionTo provide the most up to date news, images, and opinions on today's top sneaker company.FIND ARTICLESHomeAboutAdvertise on NBContactPrivacyTwitterFacebookRSSNikeBlog.com is not affiliated with the Nike, Inc. brand in any way, shape, or form.
