In this case, we have the Nike Air Max LeBron VII medium grey/white-electric green (release date very soon), which features white leather surrounding a medium grey Flywire window, white painted on Swoosh and strands on the Flywire, and electric green on the outsole, inner-lining and in the air pocket. Look for these to quickstrike very soon, and check out more images after the cut. And just to clarify some misinformation being given out, these are not Dunkmans, as they don’t have the Dunkman logo. The LeBron 11 was another commercial success for the Swoosh, even if LeBron James himself didn’t wear it as often as he has past signature models. All the more reason to start anticipating the King’s next shoe; a shoe we get our first look at today. Behold — the Nike LeBron 12!There’s still plenty of information we’ll need to gather, but here’s one thing I do know: this is absolutely the LeBron 12, no ambiguity about it. It was always expected to be a big departure from the norm for LeBron, and these first photos only bear that out.The upper is stripped down and streamlined, with the usual Posite, Hyperfuse and mesh replaced instead with composite mesh and what may even be some manner of performance knit, a la Flyknit or the like. Some kind of cables — Dynamic Flywire or perhaps Magwire — reinforce the foot and sync up through the laces, and the outsole employs bottom-loaded Zoom Air units for explosive cushioning. It’s still very early, so stay tuned for details, but let me reiterate that the legitimacy of the design has been confirmed: You’re looking at the Nike LeBron 12.Photos via Kicks or Die.
Another look at the hotly anticipated Nike LeBron X Christmas, release date set for December 26th. Red covers the Hyperfuse upper, with contrast green at the Swoosh, laces and translucent outsole — looking fly while hammering home that “yuletide” theme. Demand could go either way, but I’m leaning toward these likely being a quick sellout.
