The Nike LeBron 12 leaks continue today. Following a brief glimpse earlier this week, today we get a more precise look at LeBron James’s next signature model.A significant departure from previous models, owing largely to LeBron’s increased involvement during the design process, the shoe features a distinctly different sole, complete with bottom-loaded Zoom cushioning. The upper meanwhile forgoes the Hyperfuse and thin meshes in favor of a denser, layered mesh construction, conceivably with performance knit incorporated to some degree.Obviously there’s still plenty we need to know about the next LBJ sig — technology, design details, and can we get some better photos? — but how does it rub you so far? An improvement over the XI?To reiterate what we said last time, this is not merely hearsay; the pictured shoe is indeed confirmed to be the LeBron 12.Photos via KicksOrDie.
Yesterday saw the preliminary leak of the LeBron 12, but don’t worry, fans of the XI; the well of dope drops isn’t remotely dry. Still on tap, it seems, is the Nike LeBron 11 Low Green/Laser Crimson.Sporting a watermelon-like colorway, the shoe’s Fuse-and-mesh upper rocks two-tone green, complemented by speckled mint on the heel-counter and midsole. Pinkish-red then offers stark contrast, conspicuously popping on the outsole, Flywire and from within the full-length Max Air bag.No word yet on a release date — indeed, no confirmation the shoe even is launching — so keep it locked to NB for updates as they roll in.Photos via Bondip.
