Behold — the Nike LeBron 11 Diamond custom.Borrowing the famous palette of the two Diamond Supply Co x Nike SB Dunk Diamond editions, Fetti applied the familiar shade of light blue to the shoe’s mesh and Hyperfuse upper, starkly contrasting with black Hyperposite piecing and outsole, and a silver Swoosh. In both colors and blocking, this is about as close as one could get to applying the “Diamond” Dunk look to the LeBron 11, less a bit of croc-embossing. So, does it do justice to the originals?Being a custom, this shoe is of course not releasing en masse, but Fetti is creating a full size run. Following up a grainy-but-good preview yesterday, today we have another look at the Nike LeBron 11 Orange/Blue, aka LeBron 11 Knicks, aka LeBron 11 Hardwood Classic aka. . . .Opting for a somewhat less conventional color-blocking style for the XI, the shoe’s Hyperfuse construction and Hyperposite overlays are monochromatic orange, the same-shade-strategy giving the shoe an entirely different look.Sparse but striking blue accents meanwhile contrast on the laces, branding and inner-lining, rounding out the entirely dual-color palette. No exact release date on the books yet, so stay tuned for updates as they develop.Photos via Marquee Sole.
